Ksar Rouge is oriented toward the west, so at sunset the hotel's entrance facade glows red donning it's nickname "the red castle." It's spare elegance, local berber textures, and modern moorish furniture bring together a tasteful saharan luxury. In the hotel's garden, roses, hibiscus, and date palms all flourish from the same rich soil. For dining, the main restaurant offers a buffet breakfast, and a choice of buffet lunch and dinner or a la carte dining. Themed dinners are offered three times a week. The hotel also features a moorish cafe, a bar, poolside snack bar and a reception lounge.
