Guests can have a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Dar Cherait while emerging entirely into the Tunisian nature. At the "El Bey" restaurant guests can enjoy traditional and international meals. The fine restaurant is decorated in an extremely elegant fashion using oriental decor. There are also several desert excursions available for exploring the gorgeous landscapes around. Part of the Dar Cherait Hotel is the Dar Cherait Museum, which is open until midnight every day. It has a superb collection of art from the Ottoman Empire (17th to 20th centuries). Many of the pieces shown are ancient costumes, cook-ware, and jewlery.
